PRJ101X: Microsoft Project Training Part 1

Tuition: $195.00 per student

Length: 1 day

Synopsis: Teaches the basic functions and features of Microsoft Project. The emphasis is on using Microsoft project to create effective project plans. Students will learn how to create a new project file, create and modify task lists, create a Work Breakdown Structure with Gantt chart, and work with task relationships. They will also learn how to create a base calendar, assign resources to tasks, create task calendars, and create and modify tables. Students will use filters and groups, and they'll sort task and resource data. Finally, they will learn how to resolve resource conflicts and analyze the critical path. When taken on a private basis, class content can be tailored to your needs. The next class in sequence is Microsoft Project Advanced.

Formats: Custom scheduled corporate groups (min. 2 students) at your facility or via online Zoom session. Single individuals may arrange a private online class on a convenient date. Not offered via open enrollment.

Scheduling: Flexible. Both onsite and online classes are custom scheduled to suit your needs.

Group Discounts: 2-4 students 20%, 5-8 30%, >8 quote

Location: Classes are normally taught on-site at your facilities or at our studio in San Juan Capistrano, Orange County, California. We may also be able to host the class in a rented university classroom near you. Please see FAQs if interested.
